Police are investigating a shocking late-night incident that has left a 19-year-old woman in critical condition after she reportedly fell from a moving vehicle. The event occurred around 11:30 PM on Saturday in downtown Springfield, where witnesses described a chaotic scene as bystanders rushed to assist the young woman.
