Residents of Golf Links-1 in Greater Noida have raised urgent concerns regarding a series of illegal constructions that have proliferated in their neighborhood. However, residents remain skeptical about the effectiveness of these measures. They fear that if these issues are not addressed promptly, it could lead to further unauthorized constructions and deteriorate the overall quality of life in the area.
“While we appreciate the GNIDA’s efforts, we are concerned that these notices alone will not be enough,” said a resident who wished to remain anonymous. “We need stronger oversight and a commitment to uphold the rules that are meant to protect our community.”
The situation in Golf Links-1 serves as a reminder of the challenges faced areas dealing with rapid development and insufficient regulatory oversight.
