Three teenagers from Tennessee have filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk’s artificial intelligence company, xAI, alleging that its image generation technology was misused to create sexually explicit images of them as minors. According to the lawsuit, filed in federal court, the teenagers assert that their likenesses were used without consent to create pornographic images through xAI’s image-generating tools.
