Support for victims has surged, with numerous organizations offering counseling services and legal support for those affected . Activists are urging the government to take decisive action, not only to bring the perpetrators to justice but also to create a safer environment for women across Nigeria.

The governor also urged community leaders and citizens to collaborate with law enforcement agencies in reporting such cases to prevent further occurrences.

As the investigation continues, many are hopeful that these arrests will serve as a deterrent to potential offenders and encourage victims to come forward, fostering a culture of accountability and justice in the fight against sexual violence in Nigeria.
