Despite initial reservations, Younge rallied a band including singer Loren Oden to breathe life into the song. He encouraged them to bring passion and dynamism to the performance, resulting in a version that resonated more with his artistic vision. After a successful live debut, his perspective on the track shifted; he found himself appreciating its emotional weight.
Younge’s cover is now feature in his performances, highlighting a broader initiative called Played . This campaign aims to create a digital standard for distinguishing human-performed music from AI-generated compositions, sparking vital conversations about creativity and authenticity in an era increasingly influenced .
