The Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has launched an initiative aimed at promoting the health and well-being of Nollywood actors in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). As part of its 2026 annual “AGN Health Campaign,” the guild is offering free health checks for actors, ensuring they have access to vital health services.
This initiative was officially announced during a health walk held in Abuja, designed not only to raise awareness about health issues but also to encourage physical fitness among actors. Participants walked through several streets in the capital, creating a lively environment that underscored the importance of maintaining good health.
The health checks offered during this campaign include screenings for common ailments such as hypertension, diabetes, and other chronic diseases that frequently affect individuals in the entertainment industry.
