Attending the gala event were dignitaries, business leaders, and members of the travel industry, all gathered to commemorate a decade of enhanced connectivity between China and Spain. Since the route was launched in 2013, it has played a pivotal role in bolstering tourism and trade relations between the two countries.
During the celebrations, Air China officials highlighted the growth of passenger numbers over the past decade, revealing that the Madrid-Beijing route has become increasingly popular among travelers seeking cultural exchanges and business opportunities. The airline has operated numerous special flights, contributing to the growing demand for direct travel between the two capitals.
“Over the past ten years, we have witnessed a remarkable increase in travel between China and Spain,” said a spokesperson for Air China. “Our commitment to providing quality service and reliable connections has allowed us to become a bridge between these two vibrant cultures.”
