Today, March 20, 2026, marks the beginning of my Journey to Japan 2026. This is my fifth trip to Japan, and I couldn’t be more excited! When I think about where I want to make my big trip of the year, South Korea and Japan are always at the top of my list. Each year, I put in the effort to try to explain the magic of these destinations.
This year, I am particularly eager to explore the unique blend of tradition and modernity that Japan offers. From the bustling streets of Tokyo, filled with neon lights and a vibrant culture, to the serene temples of Kyoto, I am ready to immerse myself in everything this enchanting country has to offer.
Traveling to Japan is not just about visiting landmarks; it’s about experiencing a lifestyle steeped in history, art, and culinary delights. I plan to savor authentic sushi, take part in traditional tea ceremonies, and even try my hand at some calligraphy workshops. Each encounter will be a way to connect deeper with the rich heritage of Japan.
As I embark on this journey, I am excited not only for the sights and sounds but also for the chance to meet new friends along the way. The Japanese people are renowned for their hospitality, and I look forward to learning from them and sharing experiences that go beyond mere travel.
In the coming weeks, I will document my adventures in detail, capturing both the extraordinary places I visit and the everyday moments that make travel so fulfilling. Join me as I dive into this adventure, filled with excitement and discovery in Japan!
