SEOUL, April 1 (Yonhap) — President Lee Jae Myung on Wednesday called for greater transparency regarding key supply chains amid rising tensions in the Middle East. His remarks come at a crucial time when global supply chains are being tested and disruptions in trade.
During a meeting with private sector leaders, President Lee emphasized the importance of transparency in supply chains that are vital for national security and economic stability. He underscored how uncertainties in regions such as the Middle East can have far-reaching impacts on industries, particularly those reliant on oil and raw materials.
