Nvidia recently announced a bold step in its humanoid robot initiative. Traditionally focused on software and graphics processing, the company is now venturing into robotics. This shift aligns with its ongoing commitment to innovation in artificial intelligence and automation.
During his keynote address in Taipei, CEO Jensen Huang revealed the first robot prototype from this new research line. Collaborating with a trio of international partners, Nvidia utilized a body design from China’s Unitree, hands from Singapore’s Sharpa, and its own advanced computing technology to power the robot.
