Fitbit users were accustomed to a familiar interface that allowed them to easily track their health metrics. Recent changes introduced ’s Health app, however, disrupted that routine. Many users expressed dissatisfaction over functionality and design elements that they found limiting.
The changes sparked a wave of complaints, particularly regarding the Today dashboard. Users were frustrated to display selected health metrics fully, as important information was relegated to only the top half of the screen.
In an effort to mend user relations, Google announced a series of updates set to roll out this week. These improvements will enhance the Today dashboard and increase overall customization options to better align with users’ preferences.
